good news to fellow malaysian students in the UK. it doesn't matter you are studying or even working this will still somehow benefits you. read with cautious.

AIR ASIA X is coming...

come on...loose the tention!! its just good news. imagine the flight from london back to malaysia is only RM9.99!! now everybody can go back on every holidays they have got. this sure is a bloody good deal for us poor students.

Although no in-flight entertainment or food will be provided, i'm sure nobody will mind. just pack up a book or two for your very own in-flight entertainment or as usual just sleep your way through. its just RM9.99 for gods sake!! additionally, pack a bag of junk food plus a few sandwich will be enough to help u survive the long journey. cant wait till its operational!!!

Malaysian aviation tycoon Tony Fernandes on Friday launched a new long-haul budget airline named AirAsia X, which will start flying to destinations in China and Britain in July.

"Ultimately the launch of AirAsia X will bring independence to the long haul low cost traveler by providing a choice of service for their long-haul travel requirement."Fernandes said at the launching ceremony.

Average ticket prices will be about half the price of full service airlines, he said.

Online sale of tickets will begin next month for initial service to Tianjin and Hangzhou in China, and to either Manchester or London in the United Kingdom. If AirAsia X ends up flying to London, it will operate from Stansted airport, said Fernandes, who is the majority owner of FAX with a 50 percent stake.
