We've all been there – finding that our dog is just a little too keen to be friendly with our leg.

But now a French designer has come up what he describes as the first dog sex toy in a bid to end canine frustration.

The Hotdolls are plastic playmates specifically shaped so their hips feel like a female dog.

They are covered with a 1cm-thick technogel skin to keep them soft to the touch. The dolls are supplied in two colours, black and white, and there is a choice of two sizes.
