stupid internet provider

my appologies to all for i have not update my blog for ages. it is due to the internet providers in my area who fails to provide me internet. and they still call themselves internet providers. they are full of BULLSHIT!!!

its been almost 3 month since i move to my new house. me and my housemates decided to apply for Bulldog Broadband as it promise 'superfast home broadband and great value phone services'. from what i experienced, its just full of crap. according to them, switching is easy, takes only a few steps, and they take care of everything for me. it took more than 2 month to transfer my line to bulldog and its still not done. FARK lah!! the thing i hate most is that they even claim they have good services. their CUSTOMER SERVICE is a pile of SHIT!! emailing my problem and asking for solution is useless. you can never get any reply from them by email. great service my ass!! therefore we have to resolve to calling in to the customer service. let see...if its not waiting for at least 10 minutes bofore we can even speak to somebody then its not even a PERSON there to answer the FREAKING phone!!

when i finally get to actually to a REAL person and not a answering machine, they simply ask me to keep checking the application status online and it will be ready in no time. no reason for the delays has been given to me when i question them. dem CIPEK!!! this go on and on for 2 and a half month since our application is being processed. maybe after all this while of phone harassing them, they finally got irritated and can no longer tahan us, they agree to refund all our deposit. tats the end of Bull(shit)dog is my life and i'm left with no internet connection for nearly 3 month. just got one thing to say to them...FARK YOU!!!

this kesian little kelantan boy will then have to use internet only in the library...sien!!
